Our Chamundi customer service team aims to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.

  1. How long will Shipping take?

All Chamundi orders are dispatched within 1-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order. Shipping estimates are 2-4 days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Please note our fulfillment and shipping estimates depend on the customer's location. Shipping estimates might increase for your order during public holidays and busy periods.

  1. Do you offer Returns and Refunds?

We don't take any Returns and no Refunds once order is confirmed.

      5. Will customs and taxes be included in the product price?

Extra charges like import tax, duties, and related customs fees, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. These costs are not covered in the payments you made to Chamundi. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly.

       7. Why hasn't my tracking status been updated?

Don't worry! Your tracking status for Chamundi orders may take up to 24hrs to update from the pre-shipment status.

      8. Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

We can't change or cancel order once your order is confirmed.

      9. What payment gateways do you provide?

We have partnered up with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Zelle etc.
